Q. if I buy a 40 amp double module rccb does this have 40 amp overlapping ad protection built in I.e meaning I don’t need a 40 amp mcb in line with it ?
A. Hi Paul, thank you for your question. The RCCB incorporates the equivalent of both a 40A MCB along with a 30mA Type A RCD in a single unit.
